Karim Diabate builds ReviewKit. He writes these guides from working on the product and from what the tool actually does, not from a marketing brief.
That is the whole claim. Every post on the blog carries his name, a publication date, and an updated date when the post has actually been revised. Where a post states something a reader would have to take on trust, it links to the source rather than telling you to go and search for it.
What ReviewKit is
ReviewKit sends your customer a one-tap Google review link after the job is done, then shows you what was sent and what was clicked. That is the product. It does not run a webchat widget, an inbox or a CRM, because those are the parts of the incumbents that their own customers complain about.
It never filters who gets asked based on how happy they seem. Screening customers for a predicted rating is against Google's review policies, and it is also the reason a review page stops being worth reading. Everyone gets the same link.
Billing is month to month with no contract, and cancelling is a button in your own billing settings, not an email you have to send. Pricing is on the home page.
The free tools are free with no account: the review link generator, the review QR code generator and the Place ID finder. They run in your browser and you can use them without ever paying for anything.

Email support@getreviewkit.com. We reply within 1 business day. Corrections to anything published here are welcome at the same address, and a post that turns out to be wrong gets fixed and its updated date moved.
